Drivers side of the radiator down low on the engine side of the rad. 1/4 turn and then genly pull out. It has a fitting to put a small hose onto.

I don't bother with the petcock, I just disconnect the lower radiator hose to drain the coolant, then pull out the radiator to make sure it's flushed well.

By the way, what new upper and lower radiator hoses are you using? I tried the dealer, but they were very expensive and had to ordered.

My rad. petcock was stopped up inside .. Being plastic, I decided not to screw with it and risk not getting it sealed off again. I just stuck a hose down the rad and siphoned the majority out into some empties. That really reduced the amount of "GUSH" when the bottom hose comes off.
