Problems with converting auto to 5speed?

I am looking a 94 2500 regular cab CTD with 192k. It is 4wd. The owner said the auto died at about 180k and he swapped in a NV4500 from an 01 2500. The truck has an upgraded fuel plate (not sure what #), 370 injectors, upgraded clutch (non-SBC), and I think a performance air filter. Is there anything special I should look out for with the conversion or the truck in general? Price is approx $5k.

If it was done right it should be fine but i think the trans case is supposed to be hard to hook up due do diff. size/spline output tranny and input x-case but other than that i think nothing.... :confused: but it does sound cool :cool: Good luck!
