OK What happend now?

Its been running fine, Virtuly no smoke and lots of pep. For the last few days when it shifts or I jump on it real fast there is a Chirp, I wrote it off as the drive belt but now I think it was the Pump and thats the area it was coming from, Now Today had to start it and move it a couple of times and it started acting real weird after that. In park it sounds just fine but put it in drive and it pulls the rpms way down and sounds funny and acts like there is no Power, Take it for a drive and MAN IT SMOKES Black Never has done this before, I mean smokes bad and Power is way down. If you free rev it in park It smokes a white gray smoke and quivers and shakes.

Did something go bad in the pump? I thought about timing slipping but I dont see how it could have.

Because of the gray smoke, my vote is for the slipped timing. If the pump shaft and the gear's matting surface are not 100% free of all oil residue, the timing can slip. Hopefully others can give you more opinions.

I had simular problems as you. I pulled the tank (sender was crapped up) pulled the pre heat (fuel) That filter was crapped up. Check fuel lines-ok. Finnaly chek OFV on the injection pump. Found the dealer clipped the top part of the spring. Replaced and the truck runs like a japed ape :-). But could still be timing. I listed the above to eliminated those are first and not have a shop bill you for doing it.

That's my first guess also
Hows your pyro temps, sky high?
If not then I would second the timing because of the white smoke you mention.
