Oil Leaks...

So, I put a new radiator in my '94 2500 w ~500K, and my cooling system is now bomber. Time to deal with the other puddle under the truck, oil. I am planning on starting at the top (since there is visible seepage at the valve covers), and from what I have read, valve cover gaskets are fairly easy on this truck. My question... while doing valve cover gaskets, are there any other checks/ replacements I should do while only in that deep? Any advice would be appreciated! The truck runs great, but leaks oil like a siv.
Thanks,
Tim

Half a million? Do a valve set for sure, if it's not been done already.

If you have never done it to that truck, I would look at checking valve lash and possibly re-torquing the head bolts. 115 ft-lbs in a circular pattern starting from the center of the head.

9812vram and jstone are all correct, if you find more puddles and are concerned check the vacum pump bolts to the back side of the gear cover, (right under neath the injection pump) and also check oil pan bolts they can leak(seap) too, 18ft lbs on the vacum pump and oil pan bolts, Am i correct fellas?
