OBDII scanner

Amazon has the scanner below for $70.00. Will it work for my 1996? I seem to remember a past thread indicating that things changed in or around '96?

Anyone have any experience with this model? Since the 96's don't do the odometer/code thing I would like to have another tool available.

look on line at harbor freight

i found a sale add for an odb 2 and printed it , later went to harbor freight store and they mached the online price 49.99 !
