Need Some Help...Injection pump issues???
 

Ok so here is the deal. I am having a lot of trouble out of my truck right now. It started about 2 days ago, we re-torqued the head and set timing to 20* which is less than I had been running it. After that fired it up and it had a terrible rattle to it but only when the truck is under a load. Any load, just putting it in gear causes the rattle. The rattle sounds like very advanced timing but with a metallic sound to it. So we rechecked the timing and it was right where we left it, re set all of the valve lash, still same thing. The truck smokes white pretty badly idling and has very low power. In neutral it runs like glass and will rev all the way to 4K when the governor picks up. Also cracked all injection lines again to bleed any air, still no change. Power seems to be the same from 1/4 throttle on. it will smoke a little more as you push the pedal, but no more power. any ideas??? i dont have a FP gage. could it be air from somewhere else, or low fuel press? The rattle is less prominent right after you fire it up from sitting for a while also if that helps.
