Multifunction switch

Hey guys, ive got an elec. problem that i believe could be my mulitfunction switch in the steering collum. Okay heres what happens:
-Hit my horn, only one works (high note), left turn signal comes on soild, and windshield wipers go off, all this at the same time.

-Ghost wiper action, no appernt cause, they just decide to start wiping

-Since it all started, i pulled the INT wiper relay and that stopped the ghost wipers and stopped them from coming on when i hit the horn. Now all i have is H/L wipers. No auto wipe with windshield wash either w/o relay.

With all that being said, is the multifuction switch a good problem to suspect? Ive heard that you can test them.........Anywere else i should look before testing/replacing the switch??? Electrical problems always confuse me especially when there are mulitple problems [duhhh] Thanks -Jake

I've found most MF switch problems are corrected by simply dousing the switch portions with aerosol electronic cleaner while working them back and forth.
The open construction of the switches allows gunk in that effectively insulates the switch contacts.
Cheap and easy place to start.

Grounds

Check the ground in front of the batt. My father used to work for dodge in the 70's and said if the grounds are not grounded good you will get really weird elect problems.
