Malfunctioning ambient air temp guage
Anybody know how to repair or recalibrate the outside air temperature sensor for the temp guage that is next to the compass. Mine just reads "oc" since I went through the arizona desert in july,118 degrees.

OC means open circuit.
You need to check the wiring to the sensor up front or replace the sensor.
Since you don't tell us the year of your truck I can't tell you where the sensor is.

The sensor is on the radiator support almost behind the driver's side headlight.

Thank you infidel. I just had the radiator replaced. Where there is smoke there is fire.
