Lost KDP and cant find it?
 

KDP fell out. Searched with magnet for an hour. cant find it. Im guessing its in the pan, will it hurt anything to leave it there?

Im ready to put my truck back together.

As long as it still isn't in the timing case no problem.
Make sure to pound in a new pin before you close it up.

Thanks infidel. Im pretty sure its not in the case, i drove it for two weeks, with it puking oil. Ive run my magnetic tool all over the case and oil pan.

Ive got parts ordered at cummins including a new KDP. Truck is read to go back together. Also putting in new water pump and AC clutch while it is accessible.
