Location 47rh test port

I hope to screw the sensor for my trans temp gauge into the inspection port on my 47rh. Does anyone have a picture or drawing of the location?

Thanks!

It's the middle port, passenger side. You can't miss it.

Some probes don't want to screw in right, it's due to the lack of much taper in the tranny port. You can either run a tap down it or just use the hot line port instead. To use the hot line port you will need a 3/8''x1/8'' bushing and a 1k ohm resistor to jump across the stock sender's wire connector.

Is it down low with like a 7/16 hex head bolt to remove? I'm sorry I don't know what the inspection port should look like

Thanks

Not sure of the head size without crawling under but 7/16'' hex sounds about right. All it is is 1/8'' pipe plug. If I remember right the middle one doesn't point straight out but rather at an angle due to it's location on the tranny.
