Nope. The breather hole, or actually the oil fill hole, is right over the injector pump nut and gear, and about six inches to the right of the KDP. So unless you have X-ray vision, or one of those doctors scopes with the tini, tiny cameras on the end, you can't see nothing, unless you take the cover off. The other thing you can try, if you don't want to take the cover off is use the jig method. Several people, like Infidel, have had good luck using the jig instead of the tab.
