So does every Cummins have this problem? I've definitely heard of the issue but never thought much about it. My Cummins has 183k on it and it hasnt been fixed. Do the 24V's also have this problem because my brother has a 2000 Cummins Dodge also.

 

Your brother made it right under the wire, '99 is the last year I've heard of the KDP problem.
