Well what I am trying to say is that the big expensive ones are of no need to you.
If I where you I would call around to some local junk yards and price 'em, if not I would try to find creditability in the US Radiators and see what their warrenty is like, ect and go w/ them.

thats what i did. i went with US radiators and bought one from them and will have it Friday and a total with overnight shipping cost me $498.00 bucks. its fully aluminum and tig welded. its an exact duplicate of the factory one. it has a 1 year warrenty on the workmanship and so forth.

then i bought a 4K GSK kit for $125.00 from PDR. and i didn't need the 60lb exhaust springs as i already have them installed cause of my exhaust brake.

An intercooler leak could be fixed by anyone decent with a TIG welder....I would send it back and use the money for other stuff.

will find out once i get the intercooler out and do a test on it to see were the leak is. but i know for 100% its in the fin area. i plan to have a buddy fix it if he can, but just incase once i have it out i will at least have a new one there ready to go in. as i can't wait i need to get on the road.

thanks

you will be fine with the stock intercooler US radiators sounds like the way to go. you can wait a little while on the turbo since it still functions but i would get the 4kgsk at the same time you get the intercooler, almost a necessity in my opinion and its only like 100 bucks at puredieselpower.com. that will at least get you on the road and running better than you were until you can get more info and funds for a new turbo. i would keep an eye out in the classifides for a moderately used turbo, it will save you a couple hundred bucks. good luck my friend.

ok got the GSK kit in today. man that was easy as pie. i had that done and all back together before my buddy even had the fan and shroud out of the truck!!! LOL!! anyway i went 1 soft click then 3 tougher clicks so i hope that is about right. will find out tomm when i finish up the fan wiring. i am going to put in a manual OFF switch and a manual HI switch.

now as for the stupid intercooler it wasn't on the UPS truck!! i had to run all around town to just find the UPS man as he just drove right past my place and didn't drop the stuff off.

come to find out that US RADIATORS in Michigan charged me OVERNIGHT shipping but sent it GROUND so i won't see it till monday!!! they said i would have to call on monday to talk to the general manager as he was already gone for the day.

now i am curious what are your guys thoughts on water/meth kits or hydrogen????????? i am debating on which to go with and what kit. that will be the next thing before i install my digitial propane kit in september.

thanks
