OMG that is not even broken in my friend.. the truck has the 160 hp pump i think or it could be the 180 hp, the main fix on these trucks is the dreaded KDP.. i just did my repair last weekend, for more info please check out my post..

If the truck was maintained by cummins, then it should be in really good shape, what is it, regular cab, long bed? extended cab? eitherways, for 8500 bucks four wheel drive and a desirable manual tranny, seems to be a good deal, if the body is in decent shape, id just on it.

Id ask to look under the hood, ask about how often the oil was changed, what weight and type, filters, what is used the air filter, how often was it changed out, and just look it over like any basic used vehicle. For that price and mileage i dont think its a bad deal at all...

four wheel drive alone adds 2000 or so to the price
manual tranny about another 1000 or so
and the 12V is easy to work on and easy to BOMB..
