HUGE OIL LEAK!! 1995 12 valve - left side of block - see picture
Leak is coming from the left side of the block under the ip kinda but i cant tell where at.. thats the green die running down the side of he block. i drive a few hundered miles and it's a few quarts low.. any ideas?

99.9% chance is you need your tappet cover gasket replaced.
The injection pump will need to be removed to be able to change it so its not a job for everyone but it can be done in a afternoon if you are handy with a wrench and are comfortable with removing the injection pump.

Thank you!! i think your correct after doing a bit of searching around..
im going to complete the repairs myself this weekend.
does anyone know a write up on it step by step? or a vid?
