hub/ rotor info, urgent

I have the front of my 95 2500HD in pieces on the driveway with two jobs scheduled for this afternoon.
Bought new rotors last night then went to install this morning and cant remember if the hub comes off the rotor or hub/rotor are one piece. The parts house sold me new hubless rotors. parts man asked if I wanted regular or heavy duty. I choose heavy duty.
Now I just got off the phone with him and he says their computer doesnt even show a hub/rotor combo with bearings. The factory manual says there is such a thing and the pic looks like my rotors.
I vaguely remember the delimma from hyesrs ago But im not sure on whether or not I actu ally seperated the two

If it's 4wd, the hub bearing and rotor come off the truck together, then the wheel studs need to be pressed/hammered out, then rotor slips off. Press new studs into new hub/rotor and install hub.
