Help truck wont turn over at all batteries are 100%

Cold morning here in boston so i let the grid heater warm up and tried to start the truck. It fired and died so I tried it again, same thing. Now I turn the key and have nothing. Please give me some ideas or things to check.
Thanks
Herb

After further investigation whatever happened took the whole electrical system out, no power to anything. When the key is in the ignition I have the loud signal coming from the dash, in the run/crank position I have a very faint buzz sound coming from a plastic rectangular box on the left side of the fuse panel.
Any ideas guys?

sounds like a relay it should pull out more then likely you will have another one that is the same you can try swapping them and see if the truck will run

It should fire up with the shutdown solenoid pulled up, but it sounds like youve got some larger issues there..

whenever i have problems like this on ANY dodge truckor cars from the late 80 or 90's i start at the battery connections make sure there are not any broken or melted wires then i go to the fuse, relay box under the hood. check and make sure you don't have any corraded broeken, melted wires going in or outta there. try to jump the starter relay and see if it will crank.

It sounds like you have some bad wireing problems.
