I was looking for something else entirely (normal!) and tripped over this

Anybody out there have any opinions or experience with this outfit? Seems to be sound reasoning, except the mounting position would make the fan fill up with road dirt pretty quick, I think.

 

I made my own with a Spal fan and a B+M 12x12" super cooler for a lot less than that kit. I mounted mine under the bed and use it in conjunction with the stock HE and a 12x8.5" B+M super cooler in place of the stock tube and fin cooler and the system works great.

 

Super Cooler is a great unit but it is very pricey. I could not afford it so I just put a Derale fan in front of the existing cooler core up front. Control it with a relay and cabin switch. Works OK. Not as good as a rig like Super Cooler but a whole lot less costly.
