h1c specifics

I have found an h1c that has been rebuilt and I'm thinking of replacing the old one. He says it has a tims turbo hot side .63ar t3. My question is does this relate to the housing size at all? Or can someone point me in the information of a technical article so I can continue doing research. I'm having a hard time deciphering everything.
I have an 89 that is stock right now besides an intake but my plan is to turn up the pump change out the spring and fuel pin and do a 4" back. Not looking to get crazy but I wouldn't mind having a quicker spool and I believe I get that from a smaller exhaust housing and I am unsure if this is the combination to make that happen. I have also read swapping in hx35 but they are similar to a h1c hybrid or wh1c? Sorry for the ignorance, I am learning as I go.
My research suggests a .63 t3 is possibly equivalent to a 9cm housing but I am unsure. If that is the case will I have a hard time keeping egt in check until I get an intercooler installed?

AR is a ratio of area to radius
https://www.enginebasics.com/Advance...explained.html

Holset exhaust housings are known by their volume in cubic centimeters. I don't know what their AR is.

Based on my HX35 (12cm ex housing) I wouldn't want any smaller on that series turbo with a 6BT. It gets hot enough for what I do.

I understand the HE351cw may have a 9cm housing... but it has a larger compressor, and exhaust outlet, to compensate somewhat.
