Theres a groaning noise from the engine, isnt affected by drive train speed.

I read it might be the steering pump but the fluid is clean and topped off.

Its loudest by the passenger side wheel well, but my engine is so loud I cant pin point it from the engine bay.

Alternator or idler pulley?

I heard noise in my turbo enough to take it apart before it blew, but that was an obvious noise only during acceleration.

The noise changes with engine speed so it might be idler pulley, the truck has never had it changed, so I'm gonna change the belt tensioner, water pump, belt and new coolant. Is there anything I should change?

Also is there a online shop where I can buy the OEM cummins parts from? I can find certain parts but not everything required.
