gear cover upgrade
I found this info while researching the dowel pin issue.
"Early in 1998 the gear cover was changed to a 'blind hole' design, which would not let the dowel pin move out of the bore."
How can you tell the difference in the new design gear cover?
I'd like to know if my engine has the new style or not.
