fuel plate choices for my hot rod build..

I am building a hod rod style '78 Ramcharger using a 160HP P-pumped '94 12V and 47 RH 2wd set up. The transmission is a Suncoast trans with a $6500s worth of paperwork, billet input, single disc converter, valve body ETC.
I drove the truck before I pulled the powertrain and it ran well but rolled more coal than I would like to end up with. That could just be fixed by tuning or a stronger AFC spring, I am guessing
I am unsure what plate it has in it, or if it even has one at all. I am guessing it is not a stock 160 plate

I have a Banks fuel plate in another 160 pumped motor I have as a spare parts motor, spare loose stock 175HP plate from my dually, and a 100# plate already. I usually run and tune up the earlier VE pumps, so I am reaching out for suggestions as to a plate to use.
The end use of the truck with be a toy that is fun to drive, fast, low and will never tow or be heavily loaded.

I have even looked at the adjustable "Attitude Adjuster", but that seems like over kill [and $$] for a rig that will always be driven the same, under the same unloaded conditions

I plan on running a single HX-35 turbo on it, 4 inch exhaust, 2nd gen intercooler and possible the Banks twin ram intake horn set up with gutted grids [as I have it sitting on the shop shelf].

I am leaning towards the 100 plate I have already.
I have a stiffer AFC spring from TST as well. It is left over from the AFC kit that is in my '95 Dually. TST sends two different, stiffer and longer springs in their AFC spring kit. I think I have the #8 fuel plate in the dually as it mostly tows.

No suggestions from anyone?

I've always been a fan of no fuel plate, not that it helps you much!
Patience with tuning is critical to clean up the coal. I think I am running one of the old governor springs for an AFC spring and it was a little touchy to get dialed in, but the smoke is controllable now. Still need to moderate with the foot a bit, and still makes a good haze at full load. But is manageable even when towing. This is in my 5 spd btw, 215 pump.
