96 Auto to 6 Speed Clutch Master Cylinder conversion
I am currently converting my 96 2500 from auto to manual 6 speed. The donor truck was a 2000 3500. Could someone please help me with the clutch master cylinder conversion Im not to sure how the setup is on the 96, I just know it is different than the donor truck. Not sure if I should order a master cylinder for a 96 or do I need some sort of mounting hardware as well? Any input, pictures, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to DTR.
You want to order a clutch master for a '96 to fit the fire wall.
The '98-'02 ones bolt to the firewall, where your truck it threads into a squarish hole with a 1/6 of a turn or so.
