Forgot to mark crankshaft sensor

I pulled the rad, ac condensor, tranny cooler, removed belt and harmonic balancer and forgot to mark it's relationship with the sensor. Is it ok to just replace it where I think it might have been or is there a way to get it in the correct place

Harmonic balancer doesn't care where it is, bolt it on. Sensor only fits on the pegs, .049/.051 gap ( or a business card thickness ) whichever you happen to have handy to set the gap.

Its a speed sensor, not a position sensor. With my fluid damper, it moves the sensor about 60 degrees from its factory position. It doesn't care.
