Drum brake problem

So I replaced my drums, springs, shoes and stuff on the rear axle, but now the left one seems like its dragging. It is super hot after a drive and actually melted my paint off. After a couple of miles when I push the brakes it shakes the truck. The other side wasn't near as hot. I adjusted them like I was supposed to. Any ideas? The adjusters are toward the rear of the truck. Pretty sure I didn't put them on backwards.

Something is causing one to adjust. I don't have one apart to look at, but it sure seems like I remember one adjuster being forward and the other backwards.

I am getting old though, perhaps someone else can verify?

I figured it out, turns out my E-brake cable needed adjusting and basically I was driving with my E-brake partially engaged.
