Are all engine parts for the 1994-1998 dodge cummins trucks interchangable throughout those 4 years.

That's kind of a broad question, and also depends on what you consider and "engine part". Basically all internal engine parts are interchangeable, but stuff like injection pumps, while technically interchangeable, have different internals depending on year, and/or California emissions, and/or transmission.

I'd say that all 2nd gen 12 valve parts have a 97% or greater interchange rate.
