Cummins 1998 2500 5.9L 12V questions about my engine!

I have a 1998 5.9L 12V cummins with 194000km
When I start the truck and leave it out of gear it has some smoke coming out of the blowby tube and oil cap... But there is no pressure coming from oil cap.... Did the typical blow by test and no excessive pressure was coming out, nore is it eaking oil or burning it.dodge did a oil pressure test and they said it passed with flying colors! Also the trucks AC is stuck on windshield and floor? Could this smoke be from a vacuum pump leak of some sort? Also to add once truck gets warmed up the smokes no longer come from blowby tube, just the oil cap. Any help would be appreciated!

I think that you may have knocked off a vacuum hose somewhere.
Look at the vacuum pump and follow the hose that goes to the firewall. There are some Tees and caps in there, the rubber may have rotted away.

As a quick check before condemning the vac pump you can simply plug the connector on the vac pump and look if the blowby gets reduced.
If it does you have a vac leak somewhere.
