Can anyone help me diagnose?
Truck has a lope in the idle. Usually it does when warm but today, I had just started it and it loped right away. Good fuel pump, good pressure, new filter, heater delete, and all new marine grade fuel line. Kinda chasing down all things before the p7100. If you take it up to 1500 rpm or so it goes away then returns when back at idle. As far as I know the truck is stock and has 108000 miles on it.
Anything to check and insight is greatly appreciated, thanks!!

800 in drive AC on?
Another thing to check is for air in the fuel- use a long transparent hose to connect the filter drain with the filler neck. Run truck and open drain slowly, fuel must be bubble free and clear.
Next thing to me would be checking valve lash, and then injector pop pressure and spray pattern, fuel return hoses and tidbits for tightness.
