Brake and ABS light on?

Hey guys, I did my front brakes yesterday, and the next day my ABS light and Emergency brake light is stuck on. The brake pedal goes stiff but then continues to depress Almost right to the floor but stops before it. Brake fluid is good, but maybe something got disconnected? And if it did where would I be looking? I also read some other forums about a rear speed sensor, but nothing was touched back there so I have no idea if that is an issue. 1997 dodge 2500 4x4 if that helps as well. Thanks!

Do you have 4WABS or 2WABS? Sticker under the hood will tell you, but might be just as easy to tell us if you have sensors on your front wheels. 4WABS has them, 2WABS doesn't.

Upon further inspection, I noticed that there was brake fluid all over the rear drivers side tire. I only checked the front because I changed those brakes and never did anything in the back. But a rear wheel cylinder went, I'm guessing it wasn't working properly and when the brakes were all changed up front the rear cylinder didn't like the pressure and ****** it's pants!

Cool, at least you know. Also, while you are at it, inspect the rear brake line running along the frame rail. Both of my 97's have been replaced at least once....... would hate to have you get it all back together and the the line rot thru.

Yeah I gave those a quick look, seem to be still doing ok, when I have to do the rear brakes I might take the lines into consideration and redo them

If you have to change one, change both and upgrade to the larger Chevy wheel cylinders!
