So last month I noticed a wet injector. So while in Mass. and on the clock, I went to Cummins and got the seal kit. I then decided saturday to last minute change the seal on the suspect. Come to find out the threads in the injector for the return line were crossthreaded. If I could only find that poor excuse for a mechanic I would crossthread Him!!!! So after searching every possible thread and site and getting nothing for a cummins part number. I broke down and called Bosch. They directed me to their site and I contacted the nearest dist. Gave him the story and the #s for the 370's I got from this site (0432131753) He came up witha price of $60.00 a piece and no core charge The only thing is, not in stock and they close at 5. I work 31 miles away and I leave at 4. not bad but this is Connecticut and the traffic is just great at that time. So persistance pays off. @ $60.00 per injector. So happeeee

 

Thats not too bad. Especially if you only need one. City diesel sells a complete set for like $300 though.

 

Not bad but. Yesterday I needed them yesterday. and That day I needed them yesterday too. So basically I needed them friday afternoon in order to fix it saturday. I got em today and Just finished. I like em already. Still haven't seen all they can do .But I will on the way to work tomorrow.
