base idle?

base idle?
i have to push on accelerator just a little bit to get 97 to start. i have read here that i need to adjust base idle screw, but i can't seem to find it. any help would be great. thanks

Personally I prefer having to give a little throttle when starting than having it idle at spec. Spec seems to be a little faster than it really needs to be.
