axle ID and wheel bearing seal info needed

The local parts depot lists 5 possible seals for my truck, a 98 12 valve quad cab 2500 4x4. It is listed at 8800 GVW. The tag on the rear axle is as follows.
52069469af
3 54 606095
It has a limited slip
the diff cover is stamped with
462932
2627
rev D
09 07 95

If anyone can tell me the type of axle, and what seal I need from that info I'd be thankful. I'd like to have the parts on hand before tearing the thing apart, as the parts depot is a considerable distance to hike with the truck on stands.

Is that a manufacture date like it appears to be? If so, then someone has replaced the rear end and that's going to make it much more difficult.

Assuming it's the one that came in it from the factory you have a Dana 80 if you have a manual trans, Dana 70 if you have an auto.

I was wondering if it was a replacement axle, but looked through all of the receipts that came with the truck (all since new!) and there's no mention of anything other than rebuilding the limited slip at 175k. Maybe Dana housings and covers sit around for a while before getting built? Or the cover was replaced with one from a different truck?

My local Napa may have better counter guys than most but they have always been able to give me the right seal by measuring the drum.

Tag number 52069469AC corresponds to a Dana 70 with 3.54 gears and Limited slip.

Could the tag read AC instead of AF?

Punch in your BOM number (the one you listed after the gear ratio).

Tate and Infidel, thank you. Going back to the parts store knowing that it was a Dana 70 with 13" drums got me the correct seals. That Dana website is pretty cool as well, I bookmarked it so as to be able to use it in the future. Cheers.
