automatic trans spool up

i already asked this once but i didnt get any good answers... on an automatic whats the best way to spool up your turbo before jumping off the light?

hold the brake and start giving it fuel and you will start to build boost too much fuel and youll smoke the tires.

not recommended with a stock trans. buckshot has a monster trans and can get away with it.
