auto trans problems
 

I just want to let everybody on this web site thanks !!!!!!!!!!!

94 3500 auto Trans was switching in and out of overdrive
thought i had a bad TPS so I replaced it cost about $200. fixed it for a couple of months. then it started to do it again. went to a trans shop they said i needed a new trans cost about $2000. did not get new trans had know money.

Then this morning I noticed the trans temp lite would stay on when i started the truck in the morning for about 5 mins then go out.
thought to my self maybe this has something to do with the problem. got on this web site and read about the trans temp sensor so I repaced it cost $32.
now truck works great. this web site saved me $2000. you guys are the bomb !!!

can anyone tell me if this is a good thing to do?
mine is switching in and out of O/D and shuttering at Certain throttle speeds.

Try cleaning the battery terminals, both batteries, and making sure the PCM has a good clean ground.

This is the free fix, just a little time involved.
