The truck is a 94 2500 completly stock. The other day while driving, it started to kick down like it was coming out of overdrive, then go back, and out again. OD light does not come on or any other lights. I honestly know nothing about autos so any help would sure be appreciated.

 

Sounds like your TPS(throttle position sensor) is acting up. Do a search for TPS and you will have plenty of reading. It sounds like your torque converter is just locking, and unlocking, and a bad, or worn TPS can cause this. Just do a search and see what you find. Good luck

I had the exact same problem on the exact same truck, it was the tps sensor.
