Those tires look sort of low profiled, bet it brings it down at least 3-4"

If you take a look under the front of your truck you'll see you're pretty limited how far you can drop it because of oil pan clearance.

A cheap way to do it is to heat the front springs and put shackles on the back. Ive done it before. Probably isnt the smartest way, but it works.

Don't need shackles on the rear - just remove the 5" blocks, get the 2wd axle clamp u-bolts and you're down to 2wd oem level.

Or - shave the blocks to the drop you want, have the 4wd u-bolts re-threaded, cut off the extra length.

It's the front that will be the problem, because of required clearance for the third-member.

Jack the frame, remove the front springs, CAREFULLY lower the jacks till you get the desired heighth, then eyeball the available clearance.

Get the 2wd center-carrier bracket, 2"shorter than the 4wd item, for proper driveshaft angles.

Do whatcha gotta do.
