Court is over and and recieved.......................... ZERO dollars from the Judge...
Friends don't let friends go to Screamin Diesel Service of Sparks, Nevada.... is the sticker I am having made up as we speak.......

Judge was a very nice guy. But had no experience with diesels, and especially injection pumps. I understand that as the plantif I had to provide reasonable evidence to support my claim. But evidence in this case did not help. The lack of mechanical experience on the Judges part is what killed it for me. He also must have thought I was trying to get some money out of Screamin Diesel Service of Sparks, Nevada
for no aparent reason.
I my have lost the battle, but not the war. I will hurt Screamin Diesel Service of Sparks, Nevada one customer at a time. It is now my job to prevent this from happening to anyone else in my area. Or any other area for that matter.
It was very hard for my to sit in court and have a company out right lie about their findings on my truck and turn the truth around to better suit their needs. I was very polite in court.....for once......
Tomorrow is another day.....

hate to say it but shoulda hired a lawyer...... and sued for the lawyers fees too...... if i was anywhere near that area i would gladly put one of those stickers on my truck. sucks to hear things didnt work out for ya man......
