I just put a 47re transmission solenoid upgrade kit in my trans It will not shift out of 1st gear even when I do it manually and my od light stays on and also my trans temp light stays on I replaced all solenoids and the accumulator spring can any one help me out hear I'm lost

Well the kit you posted is for a 2000 and up auto, you have a '97.

From the little info. you gave us that seems to be a potential issue.

As the shifting problems you listed, before or after the transmission work?....or both?

Looks like you already started another thread with almost the same symptoms, maybe before doing the trans stuff?

The reason I asked the question in the other thread is that without an engine speed signal a lot of the stuff in the truck won't work.. AC, generator, automatic transmission...

I got the bracket for the 2000 temp sensor and it all done this after I done the work but before I did the work the od would not work. Were is the engine speed sensor or signal

OK, please calm down, and describe the problems you have.

Use one thread.

Format your text.

And above all- write the truth- you have two threads, in one you are stuck in first gear, in the other in second gear.
Keep it simple- what happened, what you did to remedy it, what happened next.

And answer the questions people trying to help you ask.
