96 cranks but ni start
Friends 96 cranks but no start, fuel solenoid verified working, cracked open supply line and verified lift pump moving fuel. Got out the brake clean and gave it a shot in the air horn, after a few seconds it fires up and runs normal. Let it set overnite and same deal, gave it a shot ran the crap out of it,runs good.Applied 10 psi of air pressure to fuel tank trying to find a cracked fuel line but can't find anything. Stumped need help.

Sounds like a typical air suction leak.
You need to look harder while pressurizing the tank.
Hard place to see that's known to leak is the metal lines on top of the bellhousing. Have to go by feel.
If any of the metal lines prove to have a leak abandon the lines and run quality diesel rated hose all the way from tank to engine.

I agree with infidel. On a side note, did yall try to start it while giving it some fuel with the pedal? I've heard overtime the p7100 idle might fade off to a point where it will have a hard time starting on it's own. So some people actually have to give it a little help when the idle just needs to be reset. Just another thought and for my curiosity.
