96 12 valve sputters and smokes

hi, i have a 96 12 valve. it runs great except wen I smash the throttle to the floor it crackles and blows white smoke. Nothing seems to help, it has new injectors, airdog fuel pump, new filters. Im good with diesels but I cant figure this one out. Any input is greatly appreiciated
Thanks!

Check for retarded timing or air in the fuel system. You may have a fuel line that does not leak liquid externally but does suck in air.

Is the truck hard or slow to start or does it fire right away ?

The truck starts right up and runs good. The airdog fuel line replaced almost all of the factory fuel lines. It only sputters when I stomp it to the floor. Gradualy reving it does not sputter, and runs smooth.

It is anytime, both cold and warm.

Check that timing sounds like it may have slipped also check your fuel pressure maybe your overflow valve is failing.

Why did you put the air dog on it ? The stock 12V mechanical will carry a good amount of HP without any problems.
Are your injectors stock or something larger ?

I put the airdog on to try to correct the problem, and I heard that the pluger style fuel pumps dont really keep up, never hurts to have plenty of fuel to the injection pump. I have 100 horse injectors and a #6 cam plate. I agree with the timing, im guna check. Thanks

How did you wire the airdog unit up? I would like to install one in my truck, but was trying to think of how I could make it prime only for a couple sec at key on and not all the time. Just curious.
