94-97 have the same interior(pretty sure) and 94-02 have the same exterior. you cud do what my cousin did with his 12 valve. he took all diesel specific components out of the cab. found a gasser body in good shape and switched the bodies over. new 12valve for about $1500 then sold the gas engine and trans and scrapped the rest. got a good part of his money back
