Will 2008-2014 Dodge 4500/5500 rear leaf springs bolt on a 1996 2500?

No... and yes if you are dead set on it. '08 4500 springs are 59" bushing to bushing, yours are 60", the centre pin is 1/4" further back on the 4500 pack. Next is spring pack height and arc, yours is ~8" tall from centre of bushing to bottom of pack, 4500's are ~9". It seems like not much difference, but a little off on a lot of places can really screw up a lot, just in my experience. Hope it helps, Greg.

Edit: forgot to check bushing sleeve diameters on each set of springs, but not a hard thing to lookup if you move forward with it.
