No, but if you want to install a transmission temp gauge you can. 99% of manual transmission owners do not have one.

With our engines, we (at least) need to monitor Fuel pressure, Exhaust gas temperature and boost. They can all be had with a pillar pod for ~$300.00. You could easily spend more than that if you get into electronic gauges.

You should contact several (not just one) of the vendors here and see who can get you what you need for the price you're willing to pay.

The 10 plate and the 3000 rpm governor spring mod really brought my truck around to be great at towing. It seemed to take forever to get going and up to 60 mph towing my 10,500 fiver. I replace the stock TC with a single disk billet and 1600 stall and that made a big difference also. I`am giving some thought to adding 50 hp sticks yet but when I installed the 10 plate I put it in the stock position and I see it could be slid forward quite a bit . I have no clue as to what that would do.I have a few more moods planned for next spring .I smile now when I pull out to pass a big truck with 30' trailer ,no fear that I can get safely passed him . I see 90 or 100 mph pretty quick lol.

Sliding the plate forward will put an even bigger smile on your face.

No, they are disposable paper pleated units. Unless you buy a k& n or other "lifetime " filter. Ut they last a lot longer, and a prefilter wrap(which is cleanable) will make it last longer yet.
