Thanks! Guess I'm going with snow performance then. A guy always hears the B.S. from the guys who make this stuff but real #'s from real people is where it's at!

I have a spearco intercooler in my 02 truck, and honestly I can't tell the difference. Most of the egt reduction is from fixing air leaks or putting on better intercooler boots. They look fancy though
Water/methanol stuff works great, been spray for 4 years now on the 02.

Lots of variables, depends on your current egt level? How you set-up the system and what system you plan on using. I'm using a snow 220psi variable/progressive system, twin nozzle system. I'm only using one large nozzle and start spraying at 18 psi and is all in by 28psi. Depends on when the system starts spray. Once the system starts spraying the egt's will be held at that point. The egt's will also drop faster after you crest the hill or once you release the throttle. When I run twins, I run a two nozzle system and a large tank. When I tow, I can go thru a 1/2 gallon of windshield fluid to a tank of fuel. My fuel mileage has also increased by 0.5 to 1 mpg

Have the stage 3 from snow performance coming. Egt's right now are tollerable on the highway (800-1000) till you hit the go peddle to pass and by the time I'm by the guy I'm hitting around 1400-1500. Pulling my camper trailer @ 120 km p/hr I hold an uneasy 1300 and have to back out of it on most hills. Tired of detuning my pump anymore. Right now I'm running the P7100 Dragon Flow w/#9 plate, 4500 GSK, 171 Delevery's, DDP Stg 3's, S300, AFE stg 1 w/boost tube, 4" MBRP, Titainium valve springs/keepers, high ouput lift pump/filter. Mr Bob's hose kit. I also have an 8,4,0 plates as well. The 0 is fun but she sure runs hot with it in.
