12 valve fuel issues Help!!

I have a 91 w250 somewhere in the neighborhood of 400,000, the sending unit and fuel pick up assembly rusted out and fell into the tank,I put another one in and bled it to the lift pump which is also brand new,new fuel filter bled, bled the banjo bolt then the injector's "done this probably 20 times in the past 2 days" always the same out come, dribbles out of 1,2,4,5,6 and great pressure out of 3, no leaks or reverse vacuum,I'm stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated

Let me guess, you bought the module on Ebay?

We just had a member going nuts with a similar problem, turns out the seller had sold him a module with an electric pump in it for a gasser. Seller showed the same module for all.

Do you know for sure your module does not have a pump?

No fuel pump in it,came out of a 93 first gen 12 valve,I could see how it would be easy to overlook

I agree with what Pat has said to you. I would certainly recheck that.

If that is alright as you say, then I would say there is a problem with the lift pump or you have restriction somewhere between the tank and the engine.
I say this based on what you posted on the "dribbles" at the lines.

Then it has to be the IP. Perhaps a hunk of debris made it into the head when the module collapsed?

I would pull the pump and have it checked out.

is the dribbling out of the 5 lines while you are using the lift pump priming lever ? or when you are cranking the engine with the starter ? dribbling while using the priming lever is normal, and steady flow out of the injector line that`s in line to be injected. crank the crap out of the engine and tighten the injector lines as they get solid fuel out of the line on top of the injector.
