Transmission parts wanted.
As 47RHs are as scarce as hens teeth around here, I'll try a different approach. Looking for parts to convert my 92 A518 to lock up.
What I need that I can't get locally are:
2nd gen engine to trans adapter plate.
The input shaft and reaction shaft, also known as the stator support or a pump assembly from a 94-02 47RH or 47RE.
and
A valve body from a 90-95 46RH or 47RH.
I looked on fleabay, but their shipping prices are ridiculous. $75 to ship a valve body?

Pretty sure Angry Johnny did this conversion. Maybe he can source the parts

Come to think of it, you living in Alaska causes a 10 ounce letter to cost $75

I red Angry Johnny's write up on the conversion. Parts sources are proving unreliable and expensive. At this point it will cost me $900 for a parts transmission. No one will part one out. Then the parts to overhaul, an adapter plate, a torque converter, and a starter? Even a totaled truck is going for $6K plus.
