Opinions on Sierra toy hauler

I sold my Terry SUT last fall and looking to replace it. I hadn't really considered a 5th wheel (didn't want to lose valuable bed space) but have been looking at a '99 Sierra 5th wheel. First, anybody have bad or good to say about them? Second, I wonder if it'd be OK to tow it with a gooseneck adapter?

I know quite a few people with Sierra haulers and no real problems, just cosmetic stuff that happens on any make. I have a 98 32' 5th wheel toyhauler with no built in generator for sale for $8750 to give you an idea on price, but Idaho could be different. I was going to put on a goose neck adapter but never got around to it and I have a BW turnover so its easy to use either. Some say adapters are fine and others say they are not safe so its your call.
