2013 3500 gooseneck hitch question

I am replacing my 2011 with a 2013 which I will be running without a bed using a fender kit. On the 2011 I used a B&W hitch and was very satisfied. I had intended to use the same on the 2013 but I'm a little apprehensive about a hitch that holds all the weight of my car hauler trailer on six bolts. My old hitch sat on top of the frame. The new hitch is mounted UNDER the factory cross member. I'm using a three car trailer and often haul three trucks. Do any other haulers have any concerns about this?

The truck in the picture is my sons 2013 with a B&W turnover ball hitch, no problems at 44,0000lbs all up, I've seen the scale ticket.

I'm sure you won't have any problems with the B&W hitch.

You'll be just fine with the B&W, remember, even most rear mount hitches are held on with 4-6 grade 5 half inch bolts. B&W wouldn't rate them the way they do if it would't hold up...
