well i came across this the other day, been dreaming of one for the last year, and ended up getting it for free, what do you think it will do on my 98 inplace of the s475. this one also is a 75mm comp wheel, i found a mechanical actuator to use, but might just tie it shut for now to see what it does

i found the dual port actuator on turbonetics online catalog its part#30326 and the single port is 30314 from what i found online its about 90 bucks

you can get them on ebay for $30-$100

Have you taken apart the turbine housing and see what the vanes look like. It should help with the positioning of the actuvator. Looks like a easy turbo mod. How big is the turbine housing? It looks bigger than the typical S475 turbo.
