S300g and injector combo

I have a BD super B (S300g) and BD 75 horse injectors. I would like to make the turbo spool faster. It is very hard to spool it in lockup. thanks

You should get some kind of module to go with that combo, something to increase your fuel and timing. Hopefully a 24 valve'er chimes in to help you on that decision.

Where does it spool now? Those should be a quick spooling turbo. More fuel probably isn't the answer.

ya but he can add more fuel than 75 hp. and do you mean its not spooling or you want more power? with a s300 you should be able to put a edge comp or some sort of box on top a those sticks and she will really wake up. but wat do i know. lol

More fuel get's mine going quicker. In fact increasing the pre-setting on my Comp kicks it pretty hard.

I currently have a quadzilla xzillarator on it. on the 2000 tune it still lags a bit possibly a bit more than stock. I would like it to be easier to spool when it is in lockup. When im climbing a mountain not towing, if i give it a little more pedal, i coat the person behind me in carbon and it slowly builds boost but its hard. O BTW i have an ats 5star converter which is much tighter than my old one so from a dead stop, i guess i could understand a bit more lag just not as much as im experiencing, thanks guys

I was having a similar problem. My lock up usually occurs at 45mph +/- and with 3.54 rears I'm only turning 1200 rpm or less and the super b didn't spool like the stocker that low.I put the hx back on for a while but got tired of driving around the barking and missed the upper end power. So, I swapped the 14cm exhaust housing on the super b for a 12cm and it is better but not like the hx35. I tried several methods to lock up later-Ts performance loc up controller(never could get it to work correctly consistently even though I sent it back to be fixed , plus the way it is designed was a pain in the butt. You couldn't just turn it on, you had to step through several functions. $350 paperweight if you ask me. I should sell it maybe someone else could get it to work.) For now I am satisfied.

I was actually debating about making a mechanical controller for an he351ve using a cable two springs and a pneumatic cylinder. i just need to find a downtube, and some way to adapt it to my manifold

The HE351 already has a wastegate diaphram ready. An adjustable boost elbow and some kind of module for boost fooling and you're there.

Yup, ya gotta turn the engine rpm up to get spool on bigger than stock turbos...even with some stock turbos.
Can you get the torque converter to unlock at 50% throttle?

I have been playing around with a 5kohm potentiometer in place of the tps. I thought that this would make the trans shift into od and then lock up at a specific speed but this is not the case. I can adjust the pot so that od comes in anywhere from 32mph to 45 mph with loc up from 42 to 50 however I can still make the trans shift out of loc up or kick down with throttle input which is strange because throttle position as the pcm sees it should be the same with the pot.I wish I could adjust the od and loc up seperately which is what the ts box was supposed to do. BD makes a box that you can adjust multiple parameters but I am going to mess with the pot a little more before I try it.

The He351CW is a completely mechanical turbo and is fixed geometry, I was looking into making a he351VE meaning it is a vgt turbo. I found a video on youtube which has a 351ve on a 12 valve, with the vanes closed it spools at idle. I wish i had some way of finding a 351ve just so i can tinker

Oh, ok, I thought all the HE's were variable geometry.
Thanks for getting me straight on that pal.
